The Island of Dr. Moreau

Adapted from H.G. Wells' chilling 1896 novel, The Island of Doctor Moreau reimagines a shipwrecked naturalist who stumbles onto the most dangerous secret in the Pacific. A brilliant, exiled surgeon has spent decades turning beasts into men. And the laws keeping them human are beginning to fail. Dark, visceral, and deeply unsettling, this vertical micro-drama adaptation asks how far science can go before it becomes something monstrous. Twenty-four episodes, crafted for the vertical screen.
